    Mark's Tokyo in Meguro is the restaurant where Mark Sekita, born and raised in the USA by a Japanese father and an Italian-American mother, provides food inspired by each of these countries.     Chef Mark Sekita says that the issues he was facing with dishwashing have substantially improved after he brought in the MEIKO cleaning solution.

    "First of all, what makes a real difference is the finish of the glasses. I used to use a foreign-made dishwasher. But washing glasses with a single machine left water spots on them, so I had to hand wash and polish them. That was really hard work."

    Mark did not have room for a glass washer in his restaurant, so he searched for a way to wash wine glasses and to use just one dishwasher. Luckily he found the MEIKO cleaning solution.

If an employee missed the last train, he would have to pay their taxi fare home. Otherwise, he would have to stay until late, washing up until 3 am. Either way, the burden was a considerable one. Now, he finds that work that took 45 minutes after closing has reduced to as little as ten minutes.
     

    "The physical and mental burden is much lighter. I don't have to worry about working late myself, and as the finish is good, I can leave the work to my staff without any worries. Above all, even though I have to ensure proper break times to provide reliable service to my customers, I am now sure to get enough sleep myself."
